Can I return a piece of art?

We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day cooling off period. If you decide to return the artwork, then it must be returned in its original packaging.  

How to arrange a return

If for any reason you decide it's not for you, you will need to email us at support@ximago.co.uk quoting your order reference and the reason for the return. We will provide with our return address, and you must post it to us in its original packaging with a valid tracking reference. 

Order error or damages

While we make every effort to make sure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, if for any reason you're not happy with the condition of your order then let us know straight away at support@ximago.co.uk providing a valid order reference and a picture of the damage. We will then arrange a pickup, and provide a replacement once we have reviewed the returned item. 

Refunding

If you're returning a piece of artwork to us, once that has been received successfully in its original packaging and in good order, your refund will be arranged.
