Ximago's Beginnings

Modern Art Prints

Having spent most of my IT career software testing or managing testing teams, I wanted to try creating modern art prints instead of trying to break software. Photography was always a keen hobby of mine, so using that and my IT skills, I began to understand how to create art using such skills. If I'm lucky, people will like the prints, and want to hang them on their walls.  The Ximago website is the beginning of that journey, and now it is time to see what people outside of my circle of friends and family think of my outputs.

The Ximago Store

I know that many people will see art output coming from someone with a canvas and brush, but art is continuously evolving as artists look for inspiration and creativity from all avenues available. In today's technological world, there are many ways of creating something that has a visual impact that would look great in your home. My goal is to try and achieve that, but the process and end product ultimately provides me with a lot of fun and satisfaction. I hope you get some enjoyment out of my work too.

The Name Ximago

Why the name Ximago? Well, finding a unique name for a domain is not always easy. I wanted something that would represent the photography and art appeal, but something short and hopefully easy to remember. 'Imago' is Latin for Image, and the 'X' is a kiss or potentially represents love. So, Love Images nicely equates to Ximago, in my mind at least.
