Frames, Mounts, Print Sizes and Canvas Options.
Wooden Frames
We have generally sourced the frames from a UK company that provides hand made frames using screens made by Plexiglas®, which is crystal clear and shatterproof. It is the modern and safe alternative to traditional glass glazing, and will not fade or discolour over time. The frames are usually made from wood.
The frames are usually made from wood. I always use at least one mount with my prints, this is a personal preference as I believe it isolates the print from the frame, and provides a more striking image on the wall.
Polcore Frames
For those of you on a smaller budget I have provided an alternative option for some of the larger prints. These frames are made from Polcore, a recycled polystyrene, which is an environmentally-friendly, high quality, framing material. The screen is a shatter-proof styrene front. The mount and frame size are slightly larger for this style, so check the sizes against each product that you view.
This is still an attractive looking frame, and also comes with a single white mount.
Alternative Frames
The frames we have used may not match everyone's decor or taste, so if there is a particular coloured frame that you'd like, then please do contact us using our contact form and we will endeavour to provide the frame colour that you are looking for.
Print and Frame Sizes
If you are looking for prints and/or frames of a different size than what we have currently, then simply contact us using our contact form and we will work with you to understand your requirements.
Canvas Options
While we have yet to provide a canvas option, that is definitley planned to be in our remit in the future. In the meantime, if you would like to have one of the prints as a canvas, contact us using our contact form and we will be in touch.
